We're Asteric. We take design seriously — and we take your privacy just as seriously. This page explains what information we collect when you visit asteric.studio, how we use it, and what we'll never do with it.

Short version: we're not creepy about your data. Promise.

What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number (if you choose to share it)

  • Details about your project or enquiry


That's it. We only collect what we need to get back to you.

Why we collect it
We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry

  • Understand your project needs

  • Follow up if you've reached out about working together


We don't use your data for anything else. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list without your explicit permission.

What we don't do
Just to be clear:

  • We don't sell your data. Ever.

  • We don't share your information with third parties.

  • We don't collect payment or financial information — all project discussions happen directly between us.

  • We don't send you marketing emails unless you've asked us to stay in touch.



How we store your information
Your enquiry details are stored securely and only accessible to our internal team. We retain your information only for as long as it's relevant to your enquiry or any ongoing project relationship.

Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies to help it function properly. These are not used to track you across the internet or build any kind of profile on you. If you'd like to disable cookies, you can do so through your browser settings at any time.

Your rights
You have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you

  • Request that we correct or delete your data

If we update this policy, we'll reflect the new date at the top of this page. Nothing sneaky — if anything significant changes, we'll make it obvious.
